When a name, location, or other term is entered into a search tool, the query is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Douglas County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the details in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain ordinary business records. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
